WFPB Pizza Dough

Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 cups whole grain flour (or gluten-free flour) (240 g of einkorn flour)
2 tsp dry active yeast
1 tsp white miso paste
1/3 cup date paste (96 g)
3/4 cup cold plant milk (straight from the refrigerator) (177 mL)
Directions:
1.) Mix the flour and dry active years in a large bowl. Stir in date paste, miso paste, and plant milk. A sticky dough will start to form.
2.) Using your hands, knead the dough a few times with extra flour and set the dough back in the large bowl.
Cover and let rise for one hour.
3.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Roll the pizza dough out and place it on a nonstick pizza pan. Add toppings.
4.) Bake for 15-18 minutes.
