Edible Cookie Dough

Makes around three servings using 8-oz ramekins

 

Ingredients:

1 - 15 oz can chickpeas include the liquid (425 g)

1/4 cup of prepared peanut butter or any nut/seed butter (60 g)

3 large, pitted dates

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

 

Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1.)   Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

 

2.)   In a high-speed blender combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.

 

3.)   Blend until smooth. Stir in dark chocolate chips to the batter.

4.)   In three 8-oz ramekins distribute the batter and cook for 30 minutes.
