The Best Fruit Salad! (4-3-2-1)

THE BEST FRUIT SALAD (4-3-2-1)

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 cups watermelon, diced (700 g)

3 cups pitted cherries, sliced (430 g)

2 cups cooked beets, sliced (260 g)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (190 g)

 

Notes:

Add in fresh mint, drizzle over white balsamic, or even try this with grapes or strawberries!

Freeze this mixture and add to any smoothie.

 

Directions:

1.)    In a large serving platter, add all the best fruit salad ingredients. Gently toss and serve chilled.
