Chickpea Blondies

Serves 12
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups of cooked chickpeas (548 g)
1 cup oat flour (90 g)
½ cup powdered nut butter (not reconstituted) (80 g)
1 cup date paste (290 g)
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
1.) Preheat 350 degrees.
2.) In a food processor combine all ingredients. Except for chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
3.) In a 13x9 glass baking dish lined with parchment paper spread the batter inside evenly.
4.) Bake for around 30 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
