Popcorn Potatoes

Ingredients:
Potatoes (16 oz), diced small; fresh or frozen
Seasoning Combo Ideas
1. Garlic Herb
· 1 tsp garlic powder
· 1 tsp onion powder
· 1 tsp dried thyme
· ½ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
· ½ tsp black pepper
2. Smoky Paprika
· 1 tsp smoked paprika
· ½ tsp regular paprika
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp cumin
· ¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)
· ½ tsp black pepper
3. Italian-Style
· 1 tsp dried oregano
· 1 tsp dried basil
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp onion powder
· ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
4. Lemon Pepper
· Zest of 1 lemon
· 1 tsp coarse black pepper
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp dried parsley
· Squeeze of lemon juice after cooking
5. Ranch-Style
· 1 tsp dried dill
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp onion powder
· ½ tsp dried chives or parsley
· ¼ tsp black pepper
6. Curry Spiced
· 1 tsp curry powder
· ½ tsp turmeric
· ½ tsp cumin
· ¼ tsp coriander
· Pinch of cayenne
7. Cajun-Inspired
· ½ tsp smoked paprika
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp onion powder
· ½ tsp dried oregano
· ¼ tsp cayenne
· ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Toss the diced washed potatoes in a bowl with the seasoning of your choice.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 20-35 minutes depending on how crispy you want the potatoes. The small you cut the potatoes the less time it will need.
