Ingredients:
1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 teaspoons cinnamon
Steps:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cups rolled oats, 2 tablespoons ground flax seed, 1 ripe banana (mashed), and 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
Form cookies: Scoop the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping into 3 cookies. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
