Healthy Natural Sweeteners | Sweet Paste

Makes one cup

 

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dried fruit (dates, prunes, dried apricots, dried figs, dried cherries, or raisins)

1 cup water

 

Directions:

1.)   In a high-speed blender add in all ingredients.

2.)   Blend until smooth.

3.)   Move sweet paste to an airtight container.

 

Keep refrigerated for 5-7 days.

Freezes well!

 

Notes: 

Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice, or vanilla!

Consider soaking dried fruit in hot water if not using a Vitamix blender to soften.
