Lower Fat Guacamole

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe avocado (without skin/pit) 130 g
2 cups peas (if using frozen let thaw) 220 g
1 tsp lemon or lime
1 tsp white miso paste
¼ chopped red onion (30 g)
Directions:
1.) Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until desired texture.
2.) Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
3.) Keeps for around 5 days.
Freezes well!
Notes:
Try adding chopped jalapeño, diced tomatoes, or red pepper flakes!
