The BEST Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

 

·      3 cups chopped Brussel sprouts (300 g)

·      3 Tbsp date paste

·      3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (try it with different flavors!)

·      3 tsp stone-ground mustard

 

Directions:

 

1.)   Add ingredients to a Ziplock bag or large bowl.

2.)   Mix every together and let Brussel sprouts marinate for around 10 minutes.

3.)   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4.)   Spread Brussel sprouts out evenly.

5.)   Cook on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.

 

Notes: Chopped raw walnuts and dried fruit pair incredible in this dish after Brussel sprouts are cooked.
