Smashed Potatoes

Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 cups of potatoes (500 g)
Seasoning Ideas:
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dried Dill
Dried Parsley
Red Pepper Flakes
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions:
1.) Steam the potatoes until fork tender. [Leave the skins on]
2.) Move the cooked potatoes to a bowl and let them slightly cool.
3.) After potatoes are safe to handle, move to a baking dish lined with parchment
paper.
4.) Use the bottom of a glass cup and slightly press down on each cooked potato.
5.) Sprinkle on the seasoning of your choice.
6.) Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes until edges are crispy.
7.) Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
*You can use any potato or sweet potato with this recipe!
