No Cook Applesauce

Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 cups chopped apples with skins on (706 g)
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Wash and chop the apples, leaving the skins on. Remove the cores and seeds.
2. Add the chopped apples, water, lemon juice, and Ceylon cinnamon to a high-speed blender.
3. Blend the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.
4. Pour the applesauce into a bowl/jar and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Our no cook applesauce can also be frozen.
Notes: 6-7 medium size apples will give you the amount needed
