About Our Guest: Stephanie Williams

Stephanie Williams has been whole food plant-based salt-oil-sugar-free since 2020.  This lifestyle has allowed her to lose 40+ pounds, lower her cholesterol, and get her CRP into the normal range.  However, the greatest change for Stephanie has been in relation to her mental health.  Living whole food plant-based, in addition to regular meditation, exercise and good sleep, has allowed her to finally find some relief from the anxiety she has experienced since a young age.  Stephanie completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and is also a Certified Square Foot Gardening Instructor.  In addition, Stephanie and her husband Justin co-lead Plant Based Capital Region, a whole food plant-based group in the Capital District of NY.  Stephanie is also a Reiki Master Teacher.  Stephanie is a strong advocate for mental health, and believes in using lifestyle medicine to feel our best on all levels.
