Berry-Rose Sorbet

Serves 2
Ingredients:
· 2 cups frozen mixed berries (220 g)
· ½ cup water (115 ml)
· 2 Tbsp date paste
· 2 tsp rose water
· ½ tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1.) In a high-speed blender add in all ingredients and blend well.
2.) Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
Notes: Add chopped raw nuts, fresh fruit, or mint leaves when serving.
